[FIX] resource: Rename 'Evening' into 'Afternoon' in default attendances

The default resource schedule label has been updated from “Evening” to “Afternoon” for the second shift of the day. This makes standard attendance naming clearer and more aligned with common business language.

Evening is not the common way to describe the second shift of the day.
