Enhancements to existing features
Fleet administrators can now choose how many days in advance they are warned about vehicle contracts nearing expiry, instead of relying on a fixed alert window. The default warning period is 30 days, giving businesses more flexibility to align reminders with their contract management process.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: An alert is sent when the vehicle contract will be outdated in less than 15 days.
