Odoo’s internal handling of company-dependent default values was simplified by replacing text-based references with direct numeric links. This should make related accounting, inventory, purchasing, product, delivery, and point-of-sale behavior more consistent and easier to maintain, with potential performance benefits in reporting.

ir.property currently uses pseudo-reference fields for its res_id and m2o values. Replace both by integers, and fix relevant code.
