This update standardizes how Odoo sends user context during background server requests, reducing the risk of missing or incorrect settings being applied. It improves reliability across areas such as accounting, CRM, time off, messaging, mailing, stock, website editing, and core web screens without changing day-to-day workflows.

The subscription warning now explains that it can appear when extra apps are installed, not only when more users are added. This helps customers better understand why the warning is shown and reduces confusion.

Right now the warning for the database expiration warning says you have more users. If you install an extra app that is not purchased the same warning will go off though.
This PR expands the message so it is always correct. Right now it confuses customers if they haven't added any users.

Odoo Studio now shows a dedicated Stage Field option when enabling stages in Kanban views, making it clearer how pipelines are configured. This reduces confusion with the general Default Group By setting and helps users choose the right field for staged workflows.
