New functionality added to Odoo
A new menu entry lets administrators view all scheduled activities across Odoo from the Technical settings area. This makes it easier for IT managers to review, search, and filter activities without needing to navigate through individual records.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: Add a menuitem to quickly see all activities Current behavior before PR: There is no easy option to see all activities created in Odoo while there is one for emails, activity types, ... Desired behavior after PR is merged: There is a new menuitem that shows all activities that are made throughout the system and we reuse the existing views.
