New functionality added to Odoo
Odoo now includes basic localization for Ukraine, so companies selecting Ukraine during database setup can start with Ukrainian accounting data. This adds local chart of accounts options, tax data, account tags, and Ukrainian translations to support compliant local operations.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: This merge adds basic Ukrainian localization. It consists of 3 modules: - l10n_ua: common data - l10n_ua_psbo: COA PSBO, auto-installs with l10n_ua - l10n_ua_ifrs: optional COA based on IFRS rules Localization Issue: #20434 Current behavior before PR: No Ukrainian localization Desired behavior after PR is merged: Ukrainian localization is installed during database creation if corresponding country is selected. -- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
