Enhancements to existing features

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: Easier way to xpath into mass mailing blocks Current behavior before PR: Right now if you want to add custom snippets to the mass mailing editor you need to do some rather long `xpath` expressions. For example to add a snippet to the body elements you would need to do `<xpath expr="//div[@id='email_designer_default_body']/div[2]" position="inside"></xpath>`. Desired behavior after PR is merged: By adding a few `id` elements, specifically on every main `div` element that holds a section of blocks we can create cleaner and easier `xpath` expressions: `<xpath expr="//div[@id='email_designer_body_elements'] position="inside"></xpath>` -- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
The payment setup now uses the clearer name “PayU Latam” instead of “PayUlatam”. It also hides a configuration field when it is not relevant, making payment provider setup simpler and less confusing for users.
