Enhancements to existing features
Website forms are easier to create, edit, and reuse directly from the form builder, including contact, email, lead/opportunity, and task forms. This improves customer communication and internal follow-up by making form setup more flexible and reducing duplicate submissions.

The website form builder is now easier to use and supports more business workflows directly, including leads, tasks, job applications, and helpdesk tickets. Teams can customize form settings more clearly, route submissions to the right sales, project, recruitment, or support owners, and benefit from improved default form behavior.
