Enhancements to existing features
When the shipping address on a sales order changes, the related delivery picking now gets an activity notification. This helps warehouse or delivery staff spot address changes before fulfillment and reduces the risk of shipping to the wrong place.

Province records are now easier to find and organize with quick search filters and grouping by country. The help message was also updated to be more globally relevant, reducing confusion for users managing regional data outside the United States.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: Better search functionality for provinces Current behavior before PR: There is no option to quick search or filter on anything in the provinces tree view. I've also improved the help message as it is obviously no longer just for America. This update adds a dedicated activity view for appraisals, subscriptions, and helpdesk records. Users can more easily create, track, and manage follow-up activities directly in these business areas, improving day-to-day coordination.
