Purchase quotations now show a clearer message when no suitable vendor matches the product requirements. This helps buyers understand why confirmation cannot continue and what needs attention.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: - Task : https://www.odoo.com/web#id=1948751&action=327&model=project.task&view_type=form&menu_id=4720 - Pad : https://pad.odoo.com/p/r.6c609f33376a7df4bed7b6f18ca8d3c9 Current behavior before PR: - When the product is set as M2O and buy both, at the time while confirming the quotation if seller isnt't there who's matching the requirements at that time error message was not meaningful.
