**Layout issue of task description field in project** Before this PR, when you write a bit long description of any task and save it, the layout of the description in readonly gets a little messy. The bottom last element(`<p>`) is overlapping on the layout. After this PR is merged, the description in readonly mode is given appropriate margin-bottom. The scss of form_view in enterprise has a combined written code for readonly and note-editing-area of class oe_form_field and we don't require any fixes in edit mode, so to specifically provide margin to the readonly mode of our form field, the combined code is kept as it is and margin is added to the class of readonly field seperately.
