Resolved issues and error corrections
Fixes recruitment application handling so changing a job updates the available applicant stages appropriately. It also resolves an issue that could block candidates from completing the online job application form.
Original PR description
When we change job_id on an applicant, we want that the stages above change (if there are special stage for this job). On website recruitment, a trackback prevent to complete the form to apply for a job. -- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
