The old Settings dashboard is removed and its key actions are moved into the General Settings page. Users can now invite people, access developer tools, view the Odoo edition, and manage IAP account links from one clearer settings area.

The Settings entry now takes users straight to the General Settings page instead of an intermediate dashboard. Key tools from the removed dashboard, such as user invitations, developer tools, edition details, and account links, were moved into settings or menus to reduce duplication and improve navigation.
