Enhancements to existing features
This update renames internal labels used in sales variant templates to match the naming style used elsewhere in the system. It does not change business workflows or visible features, but it makes future sales-related development easier to review and maintain.

The Documents shortcut for requesting a document is now hidden from employees who do not have access to the Documents app. This keeps the activity menu cleaner and prevents users from seeing an option they cannot use.

Currently everyone can see the "Request a Document" call to action in the systray under the activities icon. But this should take the access rights into account. If one is not a user or an admin of the Documents app, he/she should not see the "Request a Document" feature in the systray.
