Enhancements to existing features
The lunch app now uses the regular lunch order model instead of a temporary ordering wizard. This should make the ordering flow easier to maintain and reduce complexity behind the scenes, while keeping the user experience focused on placing lunch orders.

Website editors can now choose whether page sections stretch across the available width or keep side margins. This helps pages look more balanced when narrower content sections appear alongside full-width snippets.

Snippets with side margins look quite compressed between full width snippets. This commit adds an option in the side-menu to control whether a section is stretched or not. This option is available everywhere it would have a reasonable visual impact (the cutoff was arbitrarily chosen to be that the stretched section is at least 5% larger than the unstretched version) task-2080570
This change updates the Chinese small business tax templates and related translations so tax setup better reflects current small business requirements. It helps businesses using the China localization maintain more accurate tax configuration and clearer translated labels.

UPS shipping can now bill a customer's own account more clearly and consistently. Customer account numbers are stored on the customer record, defaulted where available, and the carrier's configured service is used automatically, reducing manual setup on each order.

Clarify the purpose of the bill my account and ease the configuration of the customer account number. Before the task, billing the customer was not clear and the configuration was not intuitive. Now you can change the value more easily and you're given default value while using UPS if they were previously set. Task-Id: 2033849
