[IMP] website_slides: Quiz creation from the frontend

Course creators can now add, edit, reorder, delete, and test quiz questions directly from the website frontend. This makes it easier to build and refine eLearning content without switching to backend administration screens.

Original PR description

From the frontend you'll now be able to :

- Add a Quiz to a slide or add a question to an existing Quiz
- Edit an existing question from a Quiz :
  - Change the title of the Question
  - Add/Remove/Update Answer
  - Change the correct Answer
- Delete an existing Question
- Reorder the Questions from a Quiz
- Reset the Quiz for the current user (to facilitate the tests)
