Enhancements to existing features
Employee mention suggestions now load more efficiently in databases with very large user lists. This helps teams using HR and messaging features avoid slowdowns when selecting people to mention.

The function 'get_static_mention_suggestions' is really slow when users list is huge (> 10000). CRM calendar views no longer allow users to create new leads directly from the calendar, preventing confusion when newly created leads would not appear there without a linked activity. Existing leads can still be viewed and edited in the calendar as before.
Original PR description
Currently the 2 CRM calendars (Pipeline and Leads) only display leads when they have a linked activity. Therefore creating new leads within a calendar view was confusing since users could not see the new leads without switching to another view (note that new leads could not have activities linked to them under current design and expecting users to know to add an activity to a new lead to immediately view it in the calendar view is unreasonable.) This commit makes it so users can no longer add new leads to calendar views in crm module. Current behavior of being able to edit leads already in calendar is untouched. Features or functions removed from Odoo
This change removes a previously added hierarchical view for stock locations. Users should continue using the existing grouping by parent location to review location structure, keeping the interface simpler and aligned with current preferences.

This reverts commit d39a51259e93b84184379a1fc9b824dad94e5ea5. This view was technically clean and useful to detect configuration issues (wrong view_location_id for example) but was not liked by our big boss because "a group by parent_id does the same thing". task-2166904
