Internal employees can now see their own planning shifts without needing broader planning permissions. Access remains limited to each person’s own shifts, helping teams share schedules more easily while keeping other planning data restricted.

New tests added to verify these new access rights and ir.rule.

Odoo Studio no longer automatically switches to the properties panel after a user drags a field into a form. This keeps users in their current workflow and avoids delays when adding several fields in a row.
