Planning users can now choose to show notes directly in the list view, making relevant scheduling details easier to access when needed. Role records can also be edited from the list view, reducing clicks for routine planning setup updates.

Creating a Helpdesk team with timesheets enabled no longer fails when the Sales Timesheet app is not installed. This lets teams set up Helpdesk timesheet tracking without needing an existing project or extra sales-related features.

Before this commit: If you have installed helpdesk_timesheet but not helpdesk_sale_timesheet, you will not be able to create a new team with no project. Because the code will try to create automatically a new project with a field that doesn't exist without helpdesk_sale_timesheet (field: allow_billable). After this commit: If you have not helpdesk_sale_timesheeet, you will be able to create a new helpdesk team with timesheet, without specifying a project.
Features or functions removed from Odoo
This removes duplicate access rule definitions from the subscription app because they are already provided by the core sales app. It reduces maintenance overhead and avoids conflicting or repeated configuration without changing expected user access.

Purpose ======= When installing the module without hr_contract_salary, it crashes because the module uses a field that is defined in hr_contract_salary.
Before this commit, it may happen that we opened the dialog to edit the pill when the user resized it. It happened if the mouseup event was triggered on the pill. To fix the issue, we delay of a tick the moment when we mark the pill as no longer being edited, s.t. when the click occurs (right after the mouseup), the pill is still 'locked', and we do not open the dialog to edit it.
