Users can now change the outgoing mail server on a mass mailing even after it has been marked as sent. This helps teams retry failed mailings with a different working server instead of recreating the mailing from scratch.

Purpose Let users switch Outgoing Mail Server even after the mailing has been "sent". Purpose : The user has two Email Servers. Tries sending with the first one and something is wrong (emails couldn't be sent). Thanks to this task, instead of having to create a second Mailing, he can simply edit the Mail Server field, select the working Server and retry sending his Mailing. there are two tracebacks, - while granting portal access to customer, and - while create a portal user and changing it's password. traceback is there because of value in context's key. if any key has value none or undefined then value hasn't constructor obviously. so, there were traceback to undefined has no attribute constructor. after this commit issue will bw solvwd. we have added condition if context has value then, it find the constructor. This fix prevents cancelled stock or manufacturing moves from changing how related deliveries are replenished. It ensures duplicated deliveries for make-to-order manufactured products consistently trigger the needed production, avoiding missed replenishment after cancellations.
Original PR description
Cancelling a move will, if the cancellation isn't propagated, force the
procure method of move_dest_ids to `mts`. This has no real use case and
is even more problematic in case of selling mto/manufacture.
ex: confirm the sale order. Cancel the delivery and the production then
duplicate the delivery.
- if the delivery was cancelled before the production, another
production is created.
- if the delivery was cancelled after the production, no other
production is created.
In the second case, the production cancellation will reset the procure
method of the delivery. The duplication will not trigger the mto
procurement.
