Enhancements to existing features
Users can now change the outgoing mail server on a mass mailing even after it has been marked as sent. This helps teams retry failed mailings with a different working server instead of recreating the mailing from scratch.

Purpose Let users switch Outgoing Mail Server even after the mailing has been "sent". Purpose : The user has two Email Servers. Tries sending with the first one and something is wrong (emails couldn't be sent). Thanks to this task, instead of having to create a second Mailing, he can simply edit the Mail Server field, select the working Server and retry sending his Mailing.
