[IMP] web_enterprise: Improve vehicle form in mobile view

The mobile vehicle form now displays engine-related fields more consistently. Horsepower and unit labels are positioned in a clearer way, making the form easier to read and edit on smaller screens.

Purpose

Improve the User Interface of the vehicle form view.

Specifications 

-View form of a vehicle - engine option 
   When on saved mode, horsepower value is aligned to the right : update, same behaviour than 
   other fields (same on additional properties) 
   When on edit mode, UoM are always sent to the next line: keep it at the end of the field
