Enhancements to existing features
Email HTML cleanup now removes unnecessary tags during sanitization. This helps produce cleaner, more consistent email templates with minimal user-facing disruption.

Some tags are not necessary in the HTML template and we can remove them to have a proper HTML output. Task 2171753
