New functionality added to Odoo
A new bridge module connects Enterprise web features with digest tips so users can receive guidance about the Enterprise home menu. This supports smoother migrations and keeps automated validation consistent across versions.

The module **web_enterprise** contains digest tips that cannot be directly implemented so **digest_enterprise** is an _ad-hoc_ module. This commit is a pre-merge to make one specific odoo/enterprise runbot test pass (migration from saas-13.4 to master). Task ID : 2274264 See odoo/enterprise#11685
