The graph view has been rebuilt on Odoo's newer interface framework while keeping its business purpose the same. This makes the reporting charts easier to maintain and evolve, with limited expected visible change for users.

Before this commit:
the graph view uses the good old renderer.

After this commit:
the graph view uses a graph renderer modified to work with owl.
