Enhancements to existing features
Time off accruals are now calculated based on work entries, making leave balances better reflect actual employment activity. This also moves related scheduled processing into the accrual module and sets allocation start dates from employee creation dates for more accurate payroll and leave handling.

The VOIP experience is easier to use, with better call transfer handling directly from a popover and clearer configuration screens. Users should have an easier time managing calls, finding settings, and avoiding missed incoming calls.
Original PR description
Add a popover to manage transfer call (instead of wizard). Improve views. Task ID 2008564
The Planning Gantt view now adapts how it shows employees based on company size. Smaller businesses can see all employees for easier scheduling, while larger organizations only see recently scheduled employees to keep performance fast and views manageable.

Purpose ======= Most of our customers are SMEs with a handful employees. For these people, it is practical to have a list of all employees always available. However, this could cause significant performance issues for big databases with a lot of employees. In that case, the current group_expand we have would be perfect, as it only shows the essential information. Specification ============= If there are less than 20 employees (or any other number that suits you best), display all employees in the Gantt view If there are more than 20 employees, only display the employees to whom a shift was assigned in the past 30 days (current group_expand we have in master) TaskID: 2184024
Payroll work entry issues are now shown through a clearer conflict status instead of a warning flag. This helps payroll teams identify and resolve problematic entries more consistently before processing payslips.
Original PR description
`display_warning` is now replaced with the `conflicted` state.
