New functionality added to Odoo
Businesses can now mark expense and income accounts with disallowed expense categories and dated rates. This enables reporting on the portion of expenses that cannot be deducted, including fleet-related amounts, helping finance teams prepare tax and compliance reviews more accurately.

Add disallowed expenses functionality to expense and income account. Users can choose a disallowed expenses category for those accounts. Each category has multiple rates with its start effective date. Task 2186429 Community PR: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/49675
