Enhancements to existing features
The grid view now uses the first day of the week defined by each user's language settings instead of always starting on Monday. This makes weekly planning and reporting align better with local business practices across regions.

Users can now manually choose whether an IoT input device should behave as a scanner or a keyboard. This helps businesses keep barcode scanning workflows working when certain scanners are incorrectly detected as keyboards by the system.

Some scanner are detected like keyboard because they do not meet the conditions to be supported as a scanner by the driver. So we add the possibility to manually switch the type of device between scanner and keyboard.
Planning users can now see and change the shift template directly on a shift. Selecting a different template automatically updates related details such as role, project, task, and dates, helping teams adjust schedules faster with fewer manual edits.

Managers can now choose a custom time period when sending planning schedules, instead of being limited by the current view. The update also fixes yearly planning display issues and improves the calendar experience for external or non-user recipients.

Before this commit, the planning start_datetime and end_datetime were defined by the view and could not be modified. This PR allows to define custom period. This PR fixes also the yearly planning that would only display the current month. This PR improve also the calendar view for non user.
Resolved issues and error corrections
Employee users can now open the Sign app and upload PDF documents without encountering an error. This fixes an access issue so more staff can use signing workflows reliably.

Code cleanup and technical improvements
Online event and event track features have been folded into the main event website modules, reducing extra dependencies and making menus, agendas, and related options easier to manage. Several event-related integrations are now installed automatically when relevant, helping users discover social, live, quiz, exhibitor, and meeting features more easily.

PURPOSE Clean organization and models linked to Event Online feature introduced in semi stable saas-13.3 at odoo/odoo@981f95bbf46658eda9f2d33751b9310cc67d86aa and odoo/enterprise@14722028ae0773c3710ea48ce48ff44703e83b5a Also clean website event menu not being available in website event but only in website event track, which implies some extra-code to manage it. In short: merge website_event_online in website_event, website_event_track _(online/session) in website_event_track. RATIONALE _online modules have been added to extend content of website_event and website_event_track without having any impact on those module. First step of cleaning is to move this content directly in base module. track_session module is mainly a rewrite of track module. Second step of cleaning is to move its content directly in website_event_track. SPECIFICATIONS Move website.event.menu model from website event track to website event module. It allows to define community menu in website_event and re-use it in website_event_meet and website_event_track_quiz, removing some unnecessary dependencies. Move event.tag color field from website event online to event. This field is part of standard event models. Move remaining content of website event online to website event.
