Field Service worksheet reports now preserve the one- or two-column layout chosen in the worksheet template. This makes generated reports match the user's design and improves readability for customers and service teams.

**Purpose**: The user can design his worksheet templates to have 1 or 2
columns. This formatting is disregarded once the worksheet report is          
generated and all the fields are put one below the other. 

The purpose of this task is to keep the column formatting when the 
report is generated.

The fleet payroll setup now includes additional fuel types and connects them to the correct Belgian ATN benefit rules. This helps ensure company car benefits are categorized more accurately for payroll calculations.

Payroll teams can now generate payslips for employees filtered by department, including subdepartments, instead of starting from all employees. Belgian payroll also gains a commission import/export flow so HR can load sales commission amounts provided by finance and generate the related payslips with standard payroll calculations.

This update refreshes several Planning screens and workflows to make them clearer and easier to use. It also adds missing sample data, helping users better understand Planning and Forecast features during setup or demonstrations.
