Enhancements to existing features
This improvement lets Odoo show relevant action buttons directly on activity cards and chatter messages, so users can approve or refuse items without opening extra screens. It applies first to Time Off and Expenses, making approval workflows faster and more visible in daily activity views.

Users can now create a signature request from an activity instead of simply marking it done, making signature follow-up more actionable. Salary contract advantages can also trigger signature-request activities automatically when selected, helping HR teams collect required approvals at the right step.

Add Activity type: signature. Instead of button 'done' you have a button to request a signature. When click on it, a modal opens to choose template and signatories, when click on send, the activity is done. On advantage of contract_salary application, you can automatically create activity when an employee choose this advantage (the value must != O or False). This activity can be generated either when the employee sign or when the hr manager counter sign. task ID 2213188
Resolved issues and error corrections
The recruitment refusal flow now waits until the user confirms a refusal reason before archiving an applicant. If the user cancels the refusal wizard, the applicant remains active, preventing accidental loss of candidate records.
