The Recruitment app’s mobile views have been refined to make job positions and recruitment sources easier to read and navigate. Spacing and alignment were improved, and job sources now open in a more mobile-friendly kanban layout by default.

Task-Id: 2333976Advanced Presence Control can no longer be enabled without choosing at least one method, such as email or IP validation. This prevents incomplete configuration and helps ensure attendance presence checks work as intended.

Before this commit, it was possible to activate the Advanced Presence Control feature without any advanced feature enabled. When a vehicle's driver is changed, the Fleet app now creates a follow-up activity to record the previous driver's end date. This helps teams keep driver history accurate when the end date is not necessarily the same as the new driver's start date.

PURPOSE Currently, when changing the driver of a vehicle, we don't set the end date of the last driver and we can't automatically set it because this end date can be another date that the start of the new driver. Deleting or archiving a recurring project task now stops its recurrence, preventing future copies from being created unintentionally. This helps teams keep project plans clean and avoids unwanted task clutter after work is cancelled or completed.

Timesheet grid views now show each employee’s required hours next to their avatar for the selected period. Past periods with missing timesheet hours are highlighted in red, making it easier for managers and employees to spot incomplete time entries.

Implement a new widget extending the standalone avatar widget. Its goal is to display the number of hours an employee have to work on the currently displayed period (on the grid view). It's displayed in red if all the hours have not been timesheeted AND are in the past (so previous week or previous month). Otherwise, it's gray (muted style). TASK ID 2264629
Creating a field service task from the Gantt view now defaults to today's working hours instead of a full Monday-to-Sunday range. The suggested start and end times follow the company calendar for unassigned work, or the assigned employee's calendar when a worker is selected, making task planning faster and more realistic.

**Purpose** Currently, when creating a new task from the Gantt view, the planned dates set as default are Monday 00:00:00 - Sunday 23:59:59. This is unlikely to happen in a real-life scenario. Adapting to the hours defined on the company/resource calendars would greatly ease the encoding. **Specifications** -when creating a task from the gantt view, set today's date by default; -if the task is unassigned, the default start/end hours should correspond to what is configured on the company calendar for that day of the week; -If the task is assigned to a specific user, the default start/end hours should correspond to what is configured on the resource calendar of the employee for that day of the week.
The salary configurator now carries more hiring information into simulation links, including the job title from the application and the contract start date. Document uploads are also simplified by removing previews and defaulting accepted files to PDFs and images, making the process clearer for users.

The work entry regeneration wizard now limits users to dates that match entries previously generated by the system. This reduces the risk of accidentally recreating payroll-related work entries outside the intended period.

No check was made to ensure that we only generate work entries that were

After this commit:
The user will be constraint to only re-generate previously generated
work entries.HR teams can now restart an appraisal that was previously canceled or already completed. This makes it easier to correct mistakes or reopen an appraisal process without creating a new record from scratch.
