Enhancements to existing features
The Sign app now shows whether an email still needs to be sent to other signatories or has already been sent. This reduces confusion by showing the correct Send or Resend action and recording sent emails in the document activity history.

Currently, in the sign module, it seems that we send an email to the other Signatory, but it's not true. In this commit, we display the 'send' button in the signed document if we never send a mail to other signatories before. Also, we display a message in chatter when a mail has been sent. task - 2275857
This update refreshes the app icons for multiple modules across accounting, helpdesk, field service, expenses, website support, VoIP, timer, project forecasting, and payment areas. The change improves visual consistency and makes the apps easier to recognize in the Odoo interface, without changing business workflows or functionality.

Project reporting now presents timesheet and planning analysis in a clearer default view. Charts are easier to compare because bars are unstacked, results are grouped by month, and the previous default grouping by assignee has been removed.

Purpose of this task is to improve the reporting of Project module by various small improvements. New worksheet templates and planning roles now receive a random color when created instead of using a fixed color or no color. This makes records easier to distinguish visually and reduces confusion when similar colors were already in use.

Before this commit, a fixed color (Worksheet Templates ) or no color (Planning role) was assigned at record creation. It could be confusing if the color was already taken for other records. A random color is now picked to favor clarity at record creation. taskid: 2379133
Employees who click “View Planning” from a planning email are now taken to the schedule period covered by that email instead of the current week. This makes it easier to review the relevant weekly or monthly shifts without manually changing dates.

Before this commit, when the user clicked on the "View Planning" button in the email, they were seeing their planning for the *current week* and not the period of the planning sent. Here the user will see their planning for the corresponding week / month. TaskID: 233547
The expense app onboarding flow has been refined to make first-time setup and initial use easier. These small guided-tour and sample receipt updates help new users understand the app faster and start submitting expenses with less friction.

Sales users can now access the rental Schedule menu, which was previously limited to sales managers. This makes rental planning information easier for regular sales staff to reach and aligns the menu access with its parent menu permissions.
