The customizable worksheet capability previously tied to field service reports is now available as a reusable foundation for other business processes. Quality checks and manufacturing work orders can now use customizable worksheets, while field service reports continue to work with the updated shared structure and improved company filtering.

1. Make the worksheet part of current industry_fsm_report an independent module to be used by other modules
2. Add new module quality_worksheet and quality_worksheet_mrp_workorder.
