Enhancements to existing features
Portal users can now search across more business documents, including opportunities, quotations, orders, invoices, purchases, and projects. Key list pages also show more helpful responsible-person columns, making it easier for customers and partners to find and understand their records.

Previously the search field was only available in Ticket and Task. Now it will be available in Opportunities, Quotations, Sale Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices and Projects. Adding Salesperson column in the table of the portal for Quotations, Sale Orders, Invoices. Adding Vendor column in the purchase portal page. Adding Project manager column in the table of the project portal page. Also adding a header to the existing column: Project Name and Tasks Number. Website editors can now display the number of matching results directly on search buttons when the 'Show # found' option is enabled. This makes it easier for visitors and managers to see how many pages, events, or forum results match a search before opening the results.

Customers can now search within their sale subscriptions in the portal, making it easier to find the right subscription record. The search experience is also more consistent, including a clear button and clearer messaging when no results are found.
