New functionality added to Odoo
Adds support for creating US ACH (NACHA) payment files from batch payments, allowing companies to upload payment instructions directly to their bank portal. This makes supplier or other outbound payments easier and more standardized for US businesses, similar to existing SEPA payment support in Europe.
Original PR description
This is similar to the account_sepa module but for the USA. It
generates a fixed-width file containing ACH transactions that can be
uploaded to any bank portal.
