Enhancements to existing features
Reports can now include a cover page, table of contents, sections, and subsections. This makes long business documents easier to navigate and present professionally, especially for customer-facing PDFs.

**Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:** In V10 it is possible to use section, subsection.
