Work entry contract and holiday capabilities are being moved from Enterprise into the Community edition so they can be used with more HR apps such as Attendance and Time Off. Enterprise-specific payroll and planning views are kept in new companion modules, preserving paid-edition integrations while making the core functionality more broadly available.

Before this commit, hr_work_entry_contract and hr_work_entry_holidays were defined in enterprise but those modules could be integrated with some community applications, like hr_attendance.
