Signatures saved on a mobile device now resize to fit the available signing area when viewed or used on desktop. This prevents signatures from appearing unexpectedly small and creates a more consistent signing experience across devices.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: In the sign app, if a signature is saved in mobile resolution, when the user tries to sign a document in desktop, the size that is shown is the mobile size, which is strange for the user. This update improves how accounting bank statement records are ordered so large databases can load related information more quickly. It removes an inefficient ordering choice that could slow down processing, helping accounting workflows feel more responsive at scale.
