This update refreshes spreadsheet-related icons in the Documents area, helping users recognize spreadsheet actions and files more easily. The change is small but improves visual clarity and consistency in the interface.

An outdated note related to helpdesk tickets was removed because it referred to information that is not automatically kept up to date. This avoids confusion for users and keeps the helpdesk area clearer.

Improve the design of the page where we select a slot to take an appointment. We remove the scrollbar present for the displaying the slots list. Now we display the slots with 2 columns and if there are a lot of slots, we increase the heigth of the page.
