Recruiters can now send an applicant refusal email directly from the refusal wizard, with the email template suggested based on the selected refusal reason. This helps teams communicate rejection decisions more consistently and reduces manual follow-up work.

Language management options in My Profile are now shown only to users with the proper permissions. The language list is easier to use, with clearer actions to activate, disable, or update languages.

Currently, in My Profile all the users have access to language settings
even when the user does not have the rights to activate/deactivate
languages. Also, the language setting list is not user friendly which
needs to be imporved.

The purpose of this commit is to hide "More Languages" button in My Profile,
for users that does not have the rights. And the language settings list is
improved by adding seperate buttons to "activate", "disable" and "update" a
language.

Recruitment stages can now be explicitly marked as counting toward hired candidates, instead of relying on whether a stage is folded. This gives businesses clearer control over hiring reports and helps ensure recruitment metrics match their actual process.

Previously the number of hired people in the reporting was based on
if they were in a folded stage or not. Adding this boolean allows the user
to decide which stage should be used for the computation of the number
of hired people.

Inventory reports now show product categories, making stock information easier to review and filter. Creating a transfer now starts with a default quantity of 1, reducing manual entry, and the purchase walkthrough has been simplified by removing an unnecessary step.

Sales order notes now use the system’s standard base website address when creating links. This makes those links more consistent and reliable across different deployment setups, reducing the chance of customers or staff receiving incorrect URLs.

Referral app settings now let users choose which recruitment stages should appear, instead of excluding stages they do not want. This makes the setup more direct and reduces the chance of showing unintended hiring stages in employee referrals.

This commit changes the way the user will configure which recruitment
stages appear in the referral app. Instead of selecting those he does not
wish to use, he will have to select those he wants to use.

Salary attachments are now managed directly in the main Payroll app and tied to employees instead of individual contracts, giving businesses a clearer and more reliable view of deductions such as child support or garnishments. The update also supports open-ended attachments, tracking total amounts and payments, adding documents, and marking payslips as paid so attachment payments can be recorded automatically.
