Enhancements to existing features
The Helpdesk app has been refined to make daily work and initial setup easier for support teams. Related Helpdesk integrations, such as timesheets, field service, sales, coupons, stock, repairs, accounting, and forum support, were updated for a more consistent and user-friendly experience.
