New functionality added to Odoo
Project teams can now view and manage task dependencies directly in the Gantt chart, including dependency arrows, milestone markers, and easier task resizing. When task dates create scheduling conflicts, related tasks can be automatically rescheduled based on working calendars, reducing manual planning effort.

## PURPOSE
It is easier to organize a project and its various task dependencies when we can visualize and manage them from the Gantt view directly.
In addition, auto-shifting tasks' timelines when there is an inconsistency makes the scheduling easier. The user doesn't have to update manually the dates of each task when one of the tasks from the dependency chain is rescheduled.
At last, an indication of the project milestones in the Gantt view helps organize the planning accordingly.

- Perform general design changes in web_gantt to lighten the UI
- Add dependency creation/deletion from the Gantt view

**Purpose** This PR allows users to generate and plan shifts from sales orders. With this PR, user can : 1) Create a product configured to be planned as a service, with specific a planning role; 2) Create a sol with this product and link it with slots; 3) Confirm an order to create unscheduled slots; 4) See the number of hours planned and hours to plan for a given SO with products that can be planned; 5) Plan an unscheduled slots from the gantt view, using the magnifying glass; 6) Plan unscheduled slots from Sales Orders, slots will then be assigned to employees whom have planning roles which corresponds to the product planning role; 7) Unschedule planning slots; 8) Copy previous week of his/her employee's planning and take into account their working calendars; 9) See in the Gantt the number of hours allocated for an employee in their slots relative to the number of hours the employee is supposed to work. Warehouse teams can now process wave pickings directly from the barcode interface, helping them handle grouped picking operations more efficiently.
