The Chilean electronic invoicing module now supports electronic vendor bill document type 46. This helps businesses meet mandatory local tax documentation requirements for affected customers and improves compliance with Chilean SII rules.

Include to the current l10n_cl_edi module the vendor bill document type (46) since it's mandatory for some customers.
