Enhancements to existing features
HR plans and their activity types are now tied to a specific company. This helps prevent assigning activities to users from the wrong company, reducing confusion and improving consistency in multi-company environments.

It was possible to assign a user that was not part of the same company as the employee's for an activity which is misleading. Make hr.plan and hr.plan.activity.type company dependent.
