Belgian payroll now better handles student employment declarations by including the employer social security contribution where required. It also avoids reporting reimbursement-only payslips after an employee has left and handles employment gaps more accurately, helping payroll reports stay compliant and cleaner.

Authorized users can now change who is responsible for signing a document when the original signer is unavailable. This helps keep important signing workflows moving, such as documents that can be signed by any eligible person in a department, and records the change in activity logs for traceability.

Before, if the person who have to sign a document is sick or go away, we are blocked, nobody can sign the document.
This feature is really useful when the document has to be by "Someone from HR Officer Department", or something else.
So the aims of this feature is to give the possibility to change a signatory.
