Enhancements to existing features
Mobile timesheet users now get better spacing between the action button and timer, making the project screen easier to use. Helpdesk teams can also show ticket ratings in lists when needed and search tickets by rating, improving visibility into customer feedback.

timesheet_grid: - The space between action button and timer on mobile should be sufficient on project. helpdesk: - In list view of helpdesk add rating field, the field should optional and hidden by default. - Add rating in search of helpdesk so customer can search ticket by its rating. closes #21880 TaskID: 2667754
