The Referral app now supports multiple visual themes, allowing administrators to move away from the default superhero style. This helps companies choose a look that better fits their brand and workplace culture.

The current look of the Referral app is based around superheroes. Unfortunately, this atmosphere doesn't appeal to big companies. This commit introduces the notion of Referral Themes, and allow the admins to use a different theme easily. TaskID: 2687543
