New functionality added to Odoo
This change adds Stress Days in Time Off, allowing companies to mark specific dates when regular employees cannot request leave. Time Off officers can still create leave requests for those dates, giving HR controlled flexibility for exceptions.

Add "Stress Days", days where employees are *not* allowed to request a time off. Time Off officers are still allowed to request holidays on those dates.
