Enhancements to existing features
Gantt bars now show progress by darkening the item instead of using hatch patterns, making it compatible with Planning where hatching already indicates draft shifts. Planning and forecasting views are also cleaned up, with demo data added to better showcase progress tracking.

In planning, we hatch pills to indicate that a shift is in draft, and we darken the pill to indicate the progress. The native gantt progress bar hatches the pill to indicate its progress. It is thus incompatible with the current implementation we have in planning. Nathan (ngr) has agreed to make the darkening of the pill (instead of hatching it) the generic behavior of the native gantt pill progress. This PR therefore changes the generic behavior of the native gantt pill progress, and makes use of it in planning. It also adds some demo data to planning to showcase the feature. Task 2664116
Users can now apply custom currency formats in Odoo spreadsheets, with standard options populated from existing currency settings. This makes financial spreadsheets clearer and more consistent with company or regional currency preferences.
