Features or functions removed from Odoo
This change removes an old touch swipe library that is no longer used after recent mobile Kanban and Settings view updates. It reduces unnecessary code and dependency maintenance without changing the user experience.
Original PR description
Since the revamp of the Kanban View in mobile and the migration of the Settings view to the OWL views, the jQuery.touchSwipe library is not used anymore.
